Confused New neuro visit tomorrow, how to approach?

Okay Friends
I finally am getting to see my new doc Wed am. I'm starting to freak. I called and they have previous docs records and I sent copies of MRI's since I've been in Colorado. Also sent copies of pain docs records, as he suggested.

Breathe. Should I bombard him with symptoms? This July had my headache fiasco. I'm planning on bringing my MS notebook for 2007, and calender with overview of 2006. Oh and my current med list. Breathe.

Can anyone suggest what I might not be thinking about? or how I should approach him? Should I sit back and let the doc do his thing? That's probably what I should do. See my brain although fuzzy is working overtime.

Thanks for listening.
