This looks promising though it a fairly small study Stem cell transplant 'game changer' for MS patients - BBC News.
I have tried and failed to find the Abstract of it on the EBMT site.

My sister's MS specialists kept her hanging on for years for stem cells for the MS she was challenged with. She died waiting. But they kept her hanging on. I guess.

My cousin has PPMS and mentioned the stem cell therapy in CA. She was quite taken aback when she was informed that it was not FDA approved for MS and the cost out of pocket is $17,000. I empathize with her since I seem to be in steady progression.
