Default Lymphedema In Legs

Has anyone here had to deal with lymphedema in your legs after a surgery or an injury?

I am in a wheelchair 24/7 and my doctor prescribed a Sequential Circulatetor (has knee high inflatable boots and with air compresses and massage legs). My swelling and weeping is gone. This machine moves the water build-up in the legs lower extremities. It feels good!

I'm so glad you have found something that works for you, Kicker! I know you have had trouble with swelling in your legs and discussing some where getting your compression stockings on and the devices that assist with that.

Kelly, I'm sorry you now have lymphedema. Is it in both legs? I hope the doctor can order the machine that Kicker suggested and that insurance covers the whole thing.
