I think that's been the hardest thing to try to explain to my family and especially my friends--that some days (most days) I'm just depleted before I get to the part of my list that says "return phone calls", "reply to months-old emails", etc.

I’m with all of you on this and my primary and doctors tell me I need to take a break. But I cant because I have children and a house to run. My only opinion is to keep pushing. Because I do wear braces and the days I keep falling I resort to the wheel chair.

Sorry, friend. Maybe call on some of those cabana boys you had working on your home a few years back! That could help!

I'm really glad to know you're alive and kicking, kicker!

I also understand completely how it is to have too much to do and not enough time or energy to do it in. I hope things improve for you soon!

Aw! I’m sorry you’re struggling Kicker! I think many of us understand. Sometimes the fatigue is so awful you can’t even think straight. Thanks for checking in.

I don't deal with MS but was with my sister on her 30some yr journey and Yes to the bag full of vitamins and do consider the Grape Seed Extract for your immune system and energy etc etc. Do a search on MS and Grape Seed Extract...lots of info.
