I am lucky to still be at work every day. My job requires me to walk and stand for a lot of it. I have found that the more I have to walk and or stand it takes alot out of me. I also get shooting pain down my left side ( the most affected side) because of it. Now that being said I think that exercise time need to be in the middle after noon. I find this works best for me. I try to do all my higher mental work in the am then the physical after lunchtime this helps me deal better with the pain and weakness. As we are all snowflake in this MS. Do what works for you. It took me a long time to figure what work best for me. Good luck in finding what works for you. Kevin Sent from my SM-G955U using Tapatalk |
