Unhappy Where is our little Crumpet, Chris??

*turning on DVD of Benny Hill*

Chris? Come out, come out??

Want to go on a fox hunt?

Want to see pics of London Bridge??

Want a dry hunk of toast?

Dangit, I miss her charming accent. I don't even feel "mad funny" anymore.

*choke... sniffle, sniffle*

Hello Cindy-
I've been terribly ill I'm afraid to say. It seems I had a minor intestinal obstruction from some previous GYN surgeries and have been in bed the past 4 few days in seering pain and looking as if I were about to give birth to a baby elephant.

I finally feel a tad better today and was able to tolerate some warm water with lemon. The GI Docs are going to have me advance to a very bland diet tomorrow. Michael has been home taking care of me and making a bloody mess of the house. I should be able to stay by myself tomorrow (whilst cleaning up after my home nurse!).

Thank you for asking about my whereabouts. I haven't been up to reading the boards much, and hope that everyone is faring well. You are all very sweet for caring.

All the best,
Chris

i hope you feel better real soon chris. you are missed. but your health is more important.

good luck finding everything. i know how it is when my hubby "helps". i found my toaster in the garage. he thought it the best place since we don't eat very much bread. so i'm supposed to make in the garage? makes sense to a man i guess.

i'll save some brownies for ya when you can have them.

I don't have a clue who Chris is, but I used to love Benny Hill growing up. I can sing the theme song in my head....My dad always watched it, much to mom's dismay. Good times...

Hope you are well Chris!

Edit to add - saw you just replied and are in GA. I was just there this past weekend visiting my mom w/MS. My best to you!

I've missed you too, Chris. I hope you feel mo-betta, soon. It's probably that nasty GA heat and Humidity.

Hubby means well, they just aren't equipped to be neat and organized..

Sending my best healing hugs to you..

Oh NO! Get back in bed this instant! And no cleaning tomorrow! Michael can break out the rototiller when he gets home!

I do miss you, Chris, and I hope you'll feel much better very soon!

You get well! Don't worry about cleaning! Putting hands over eyes and tripping over something! Hey! I found your toaster!

Thanks you crazy lot! I thought I was doing better for a while last evening, but in the middle of the night realised that things haven't gotten much better. Back to square one again.

I do appreciate all of your wishes, and do hope all is well with you!

to all for your concern.

All the best,
Chris
