Default Coronavirus and MS reporting database

The National MS Society and the CSMC (Consortium of MS Centers) and the MS Society of Canada have collaborated to develop this database for collecting information on the impact of the coronavirus on MS (and neuromyelitis optica and MOG-antibody disease) in patients in North America.
