I know at the sleep center I slept real well. But last night I couldn't get to sleep. So about 2:30 AM I took 2 Advil PM which has equivalent to 3 Benadryl in it. I guess during the night I took my mask off cause it was lying on the floor when I woke up. I have been dopey all day. I've wanted and needed to take a nap but I didn't want it to effect my sleep. So I hope tonight does better than last night.
