A severe bout of vertigo was the symptom that finally led to dx for me, others were muscle spasms to both hands (triggered by persistent fine muscle use), muscle spasms to left lower leg, bladder problems, vision problems (focusing problems), severe fatigue, MS hug, neck pain on flexion (electric shock type pain), swallowing problems, mild cognitive issues- Dx was confirmed by MRI
