Hi Toni -- WELCOME!!!! I'm in a "chair" like you, but am able to transfer to my recliner , sofa, etc., with alot of foot sliding. My toes aren't too bad, but the rest of my legs are. They are so spastic -- just stretch out as far as possible. Try to keep my toes up when that happens to avoid the cramping. Ouchers!!!

That massager thingy Cindy mentioned sounds like something worth trying! Maybe it would loosen things up a little. Think I'll give it a try -- whenever I can either find someone to buy one for me or send away for one!

Does the cold weather there in MN make your spasticity worse? Now that it's getting colder here, my legs are stiffer than ever.
