When I bought it, they said it was Red Snapper, after I prepared it however, it looked more like something I've seen in an operating theatre. I've never heard of this. There is a place near the University called the Varsity that serves the greasiest food in the south. We haven't been there as of yet, and Michael is dying to go. I'm afraid that's exactly what he will do if we were to go. It's apparently been here for years.

But, I'll take you up on the dinner.:D

I made homemade pizza tonight - FABULOUS! Since it takes as much time to knead one, as two, I made two;) One ham and pineapple for DH (but he's not here, so I might have to eat a slice...) and a mushroom, onion, and fresh basil one for me.

That does sound good! Can you have it air transported here? I LOVE homeade pizza, but I've only made them with the Bobboli bread crusts.
