I sometimes take a reasonably warm and long shower to "warm my bones" and feet. I might need a little nap afterwards :), but it's better then putting up with the other symptoms from feeling cold.

BTW, do they feel cold to the touch, or is it just a sensation? When it is just an altered sensation (which is most of the time for me), putting pressure on them seems to help too.

yep!!the otherday I ware my nike's to bed. I sometimes have my 5 year old stand on my feet to releave it. It dont make since,cause they hurt so bad,but when I put presure on them,then it is better.
Weird huh.
And yes they arent cold to touch.
This is so frustrating!!
I forgot about the rice packs. My grandma made some out of socks. Umm,im going to get some rice,and some of my hubbies new socks. Sounds nice.
Im up at 4 am cause of my feet zapping. So ill do anything right not. lol.
