The only thing the weather is not the greatest. The left overs from the
snow storm yesterday.

But that is more of a reason to have a party.

How was everyones weekend? I went to my DD house yesterday and
her husband made his famous "White Clam Sauce over Linguine" it was
great.

Was happy to see he was able to make it. He has been on Interferon
treatments since Aug. 2007. He is being treated for his exposure to the
Agen Orange while serving in Vietnam. He already lost one of his Kidneys
some hearing loss, nerve damage and the Liver has been affected.

Today they went to the Veterans hospital to get all the blood work to
see how the treatment is going. His last visit was not that great. It seems
the treatment has come to a standstill. Has not shown any improvement
for the past 2 months. If the results of this test and one more does not
show any improvement, that means there is not anything more that they
can do for him. It will just be in the hands of God.

The drs. are hopeful that even if there is no other meds. that they
can give to him, he has always led a healthy life and that is what has
been helping him all these years before things really hit him his chances
of going on in life for a good time looks good.

I am worried about my dd she is so tired and depressed. As they say
you have to take care of the caretakers as well. She has her business
plus all the other things a wife does and the extra work of taking care of
her dh.

Sorry to have taken up so much of this space. I just had to let it all
out because I am worried about my dd. This worry does not help my
health problems.. Please say an extra pray that everything will go alright.

Awww Jappy, you can take up as much space as you need. That's what this place if for. I can understand your concern for your DD. Your'e a Mom and that's what we do. We worry about our children.

Your DD is under alot of stress and that is something that always brings on fatigue for me... STRESS!! I will keep her and her DH in my prayers.

My DD is having tests now, so as a Mother, I am so worried about her too!

Take care Jappy!!!

Don't worry, Jappy, this is what we do, we look out for each other. I'm glad you took the time to tell us, now we know how we can pray for you all. It makes a body wonder if we'll ever know the whole truth about A.O. and Vietnam. Sheesh, all these years later, poor guy.

Awwwwww, Jappy. Thanks for letting us all know. I feel so bad for DD and her DH.:( I hope things start going a bit easier on them. Damn Agent Orange!!

Take it easy Mommy, I understand your worrying, even though, it does nothing...with the exception of making you ill.:(

Prayers said today for ((((((((DD, DH and You))))))))

Just talked with my dd the results of the blood tests for her dh was not
good. The viral count went up real high. So the dr. said to try this med.
It is called (Infergen). He has to take a shot everyday. With the side effects
of the other interferon that was taken once a week, I don't know what
is going to happen now. :(

He has to do this for two weeks and then go back for more blood work.

I hope that my dd hangs on and that her health does not go down.

Just another problem to add to all of the others. Have to keep the faith
and pray hard for a good change.
