I buy supplements from Puritan.com and Puritansale.com. They have "magnesium only" items available.

MagOx, although expensive, is usually on the shelf at pharmacies.

I think of two guys parking at the back of the parking lot, both heading to the same store. One guy has spascisity, and takes his time and enjoys his walk, the other has it too but he fights it and rushes as fast as he can. They both reach the store's door at the same time.
Which guy do you want to be?

I always think of two guys parking at the back of the parking lot and heading to the same store. One guy has spascisity, and takes his time and enjoys his walk, the other has it too but he fights it and rushes as fast as he can. They both reach the door at the same time.

need to be aware that although spasticity's is not fun,it is important for some like me that can't walk to be able to stand and some use it to walk.

I might be having an extra-dense moment here, but - how does this parable apply to the discussion? I'm not seeing the connection.

True, Scott, but never fear....Magnesium is not going to completely eliminate spasticy, but may offer some relief.
