Good afternoon, jmiller! Thought I'd take a few minutes to help direct you to a couple neat features this site has that are really useful and may help answer your questions.

1) In the upper right corner of your screen there is a option called Drugs. This options opens a link to MedlinePlus Drug Information where you can look up both the medications and hopefully find your answers. I take baclofen, 20 mg x4 daily, and don't have to have testing.

2) The NT website has a community called "medications" where you can post questions like this, and receive answers from people who take the medications but do not have MS.

Cool, huh?

i do not believe that you need any blood tests to be on either of these meds.
you might check with your dr's office and/or your pharmacist.
