I have been reading up on this also. I think for me that its a comination of the fact that I had scarlet fever when I was 5,then when I was 7 my mom moved us from Ill,to oklahoma. so I do think That the reason that I have ms is mostly the fact that I was moved from the northern region to the southern region.

I've read about this too it's very interesting, I've lived in Michigan all my life and I've read that Michigan has a high MS rate for some reason maybe less sun exposure or something else.

Interesting... anybody here from Texas?

19 Texas communities reported a higher incidence of MS patients... Here's the counties mentioned:

Bailey, Borden, Cochran, Crosby, Dawson, Dickens, Floyd, Gaines, Garza, Hale, Hockley, Kent, Lamb, Lubbock, Lynn, Motley, Scurry, Terry, and Yoakum.

I'm from Orange county, which isn't on the list - but when you look at the map, there's a lot of orange and red counties around that area.
