I think I'll ask my regular doctor about it. Maybe when I go in for a B12 shot, maybe I can get them to take it.

Or, I'll ask my dad to take it to work with him, maybe he can sneak it into the hospital's sharps disposal.

I wonder if my aunt would take it to her hospital, she's always getting the (empty, brand new) hazardous waste bags to use as gift bags at Xmas time. She could sneak it into the disposal cart when she's snatching the (empty) hazardous waste bags.

I'll probably be visiting my regular doctor in a few days (sore leg feels like I tore my PCL or something in the knee when I fell last week) I bet he would take it.

thanks for the information about the needle nipper, i have not seen one of those before- i use the 11Litre sharps containers and if i was only putting the actual needle in it, one container would last for years!

I use a left over laundry detergent bottle and put it in the trash can after tapeing it with duct tape. I have OK'd this with the city. It was a home health nurse that suggested it.
