Confused my face is twiching, and the bottom of my feet are...

When I woke up this morning and was driveing my kids to school,I noticed that under my nose on the right side is twiching. and now my fingertips on my left hand are numb.
Then while I was at my sons parent, teachers meeting the bottom of my feet have a buzzing feeling. This has lasted for a few hours now.
And then u put on top of that,(my other tread, weakness, help??),this all has been going on for 5 days now.
I am getting alittle scared because I cant make it to see my neuro anytime soon. Car reasons. and other appointments. and the office is 45 minutes away. Not a good thing when my blazer has been so messed up.
So I guess my question is,do u all think this is the start of a relaspes,or could it be something more urgent?
Can this wait?
