my face is twiching,and the bottom of my feet are...

this is how this nose twiching thing is. It is driving me insane!!
and no matter what I do,it is still there.
I am feeling somewhat better today. saying this I mean the fatiuge isnt so intense.
Yeppy!!
but to replace the fatuige,all my arm muscles r twiching!!
and this means that at some point I will have the horrible muscle pain...
then the temps have dropped,that means my feet r zapping agian.
when will all the insanity end!!
