If you've ever had night time urinary incontinence, how did you get that horrid smell of urine out of your mattress?
DH says he can't smell it, but I certainly can. Every time I go into the bedroom I smell urine .......imaginary or not, to me it's still there. It got wet through a couple of months ago. Any suggestions gratefully received.

Maybe a "Pet Spray" that kills the bacteria? Just a thought

Have you already tried baking soda?
The oxyclean works for carpets pretty well... What about Febreeze??? That's probably your best option.... Good luck |

Thank you ladies. I'll try both.
I guess I just go to the pet shop and ask about pet deodorisers.... Fabreeze we have in Australia as well. Once I get rid of the smell, then I have to tackle the stain. Gosh this disease is fun................. Thank you again.

I wouldn't worry about the stain! It'll be covered up with the sheets!
You can buy a waterproof bed cover to go under your sheets...they work really well... then you just wash the sheets and the pad and mattress is ok... Good luck! |
