My achy body appreciates your creaky body relating, Ssusan..:D :p So sorry about your spasiticity, though.

Humidity is my big enemy, whether it's cold or hot. For instance, if it cold and rainy or hot and rainy, my body suffers. Chilly and dry is my friend.:)

I hope the Baclofin works for you, it just made me dopey and weak. It did help the spasticity, but too weak to walk.

Sally, I took one of those classes at the Y and I think I was one of the youngest ones in the class and I'm 56. So don't worry how you look. It was wonderful to see a 90 year old make her way down those stairs to exercise!
