Default an abbreviation sticky

hello not sure if any of you have same trouble, but the abbreviations, I dont always remember and was wondering if someone, nudges sassy, has a complete copy of it we could post here and make it a sticky or permanent post, the meds treatments DX and SX, just something to ponder
