Periodic Limb Movement Disorder, if this is what I have it would explain why my bed looks like a war zone when I wake up in the morning! And I thought it was my husband messing up the sheets and blankets! I could not keep a sheet on the bed if my life depended on it! I went out and bought some of those clips that holds the sheet in place and that has helped a lot.
My mom has RLS so bad that she actually wears holes in the sheets where her feet are. She is on medication for RLS but I do not recall which one. Lee Ann |
