welcome. I actually have alot of cognitive problems too. My main on is momory. And some deprssion, and anxiety.
For the memory problems,I go to a site www.brangle.com It has loads of stuff on there to help with your brain. It helps me somewhat. I wouldnt say alot, but I can see a difference.
My neuro asks me everytime I see her if I do brain excersises.
I do,oh and doing cross word puzzles, and word finds help too.

Hi Josie,

I too am glad that you found us. I hope you'll find the people here as wonderful as I have.

This is a fabulous place to find answers to your questions (or at least suggestions), join in some games, have a giggle and above all else.....make new friends.

Hi Josie
Welcome to the group. Glad you found us. I was also dx in 1997. Only the last couple years has the cog stuff become to apparent to ignore, but I try.

You got some good advice here From Gazelle and others. I hope you find some relief from your sx. In the meantime, pull up a chair and tell us a bit more about yourself.
