Default Avonex funding

Can you have money in a 401K and still get Avonex funding?

I am so worried we will have empty our very small amount of retirement in order to get help with my $300.00 a month bill for Avonex!

Call MSActiveSource and ask.

I posted a link to their Medications Assistance source in the Medications Forum.

Found it, thanks! I just got off the phone with the Avonex funding rep and you CAN have assets. They look at the total picture. They do not require you to be totally out of money before they help.

I am sorry, LA, I guess I should have posted the link along with my post!

I see that Curious helped you out!

Good to know that the Avonex people were able to assist you.
