I hope that you went straight to the hospital, that you are being checked as I write, and that everything is turning up ok, or at least not too serious.

Thoughts are with you, sounded scarey.

Sheena

I hope everything checks out OK at the ER - please post again once you are home and let us know that you're OK.

OK, I'm finally back but have to pull byself out of bed to get scripts. Thank God it was not the cardio system. It seems I have a nice case of pneumonia. I didn't feel that bad yest so I would have never guessed. I'll be back when I feel better - just didn't want you to worry. So much for over the phone dx. They scared the heck out of me. Thank all of you for your prayers - they worked! Take Care Sheena

ah, Sheena, glad it wasn't cardio-related!

pneumonia, that's bad enough.

did they say if it's bacterial or viral?

did they give you antibiotics?

get lots of rest, drink plenty of fluids, and take care of yourself.

I'm glad it's nothing heart related - but what the heck kind of doctor diagnoses something that serious over the phone?? That would have scared me, too!
