Hi keely:

Ditto on the brain atrophy. Mine is cerebral and of the corpus collosum. Definitely a symptom of MS from what my neuro told me, but I don't have lesions, just clinical signs.

Apparently PPMS patients often show atrophy with little or no lesions, but I don't fit a PPMS category (thankfully). Without a lesion I don't qualify for the Mcdonald criteria.

A shrinking brain scares me a bit too. My cog skills have definitely been affected.
