I want to thank everyone who responded to me!! You are all so wonderful!! :grouphug:

I absolutely am grateful that my Neuro wants to be on board and aware of everything. And the surgeon appears willing to cooperate with him at this point.

Wow Tom!! You certainly know your vascular system and surgeries!! lol :D:p Sounds like you had the same proceedure I am having in my right leg. They can balloon the one in the left leg and there has been no definitive decision made on the big arteries by my bellybutton. Thank you most especially for replying as you had so much knowledge!! I will contact you if I need more info after this appointment next Tuesday!

Gee...I sure was missing having such wonderful people to help me along the way... what was I thinking by staying away?

I have had two surgeries and two children since being dx. I was not one of the people who goes into blissful remission with my pregnancies, and struggled to get back on my feet after very long natural childbirths too. Between kids, and several months after . . . I was fine for years.

The surgeries took longer to heal from then prior (to MS) surgeries, but I did not have attacks. When they said "you should feel well enough to go back to work in X days", I multiplied that by two. Other then that though, all was well.
