Default I went to see my regular doctor...

and I think he killed a forest of trees writing me out Rx's.

I got a Rx for injectible B12 (my dad is going to give me a B12 shot every month...2yrs worth of B12 is $28, not counting the cost of the syringes)

I got a Rx for a certain type of antibiotic that I wont go into detail for what it's for...with refills!

I got another Rx for an antibiotic to kill off whatever nastiness invaded my system last week when I had dental work. (doctor thinks that some infection goo from one of my teeth got swallowed and made me sick)

and then I got a new sleeping med...Amytriptylene (Elavil) that my doctor said might also help with the numbness in my right foot. I didnt know that Amytriptylene helped with nerve pain.

He did offer me an MRI, and even said something about steroids, but I'm going to talk to my neuro about the MRI and steroids instead, since the neuro probably knows more about what steroid he'd want to order for me, and I dont want to be on antibiotics and steroids at the same time.

If I have to get another MRI, I think I'm going to try it in a closed MRI this time. I think my big problem with claustrophobia in MRI machines is because the open MRI's have this giant magnet that's 2 inches from your nose. I always start thinking that the magnet is going to squish me. So, I'm thinking if I get put into the big tube shaped MRI it might not be as bad because there's some open airspace above you in the closed MRI's (at least that's what my regular doctor told me today)

I still dont feel good today, so hopefully the new antibiotic kicks in really soon, because I'm not liking this sick feeling at all.
