Fatigue has been my constant companion, just the level changes and that wall of endurance moves on me.

Sometimes stretching helps with the spasticity, but I seem to get it the worst when the temps outside drop below freezing. But this one is definitely a come and go one for me.

There are days when fatigue is a major problem. Other times, not so much. Getting the necessary amount of sleep helps.

As far as the toe is concerned, I had major problems with my right toe, right leg and walking when I went on vacation. The long car ride started the problem but it took a week and meds before I felt better. I went for a Doppler test at the hospital but no blood clots were found.

Good luck with your tests.
