thanks everyone!

no new Sx or worse old ones..( that i know of ) just way worse fatigue then usual.. could a flare cause that Sx?

hmmm no i don't believe i have had my thyroid checked for a while.. probably a good idea.. i'll ask for that blood test also when my neuro calls me back.

not sure about sleep apnea.. maybe.. but after reading the Sx list for it i have none of main ones. still its worth mentioning to my neuro.

i never knew fatigue could be so bad..
usually its hard to get me to sit still..:D
but it is good to know its not just me that feels like this..

Punk, I have sleep apnea. I swore my PCP was barking up the wrong tree but apparently I was wrong.

A simple sleep study is all that is needed.

I have since learned people with MS do have a higher incident of sleep disorders.

If your not using any meds for fatigue then talk to your neuro about trying one of them out.

I'm on an AD for the mild depression I had. So the "I don't feel like doing anything" fatigue is gone. Of course now I'm a little frustrated that the body can't keep up with what I want to do. Can't take any of the meds, so learning how to rearrange things in my life to handle this.

Because my fatigue was so bad, they have tested almost everything under the sun. Thyroid, B12, D, etc. etc. Everything has come back at normal levels.

Think I might request a sleep study since my dad has sleep apnea. Couldn't hurt.

 Hope you feel better soon.

So sorry about you fatigue, Punk..:( I don't have problems with MS Fatigue now, since being on LDN and Prozac, but when I'm sick, or feverish, I deffinately do.

The others are right...It seems that you may have something else going on. I hope you find out what it is and feel better soon.

well neuro is gonna check thyroid.. (probably lots of other stuff in the blood test) and gave me the name of a supplement to try.. (Acetyl-L-Carnitine) because if i can get by without a RX med all the better, if not ill just have to take one....

i forgot to ask about a sleep study. but i can call again..

i do have a little bit of a temp.. nothing major but its higher then normal for me.. maybe i caught that bug thats been going around and its just taking longer for me to get rid of it then most ppl.. i don't feel sick as such though..:Sigh:

oh well we'll get this figured out sooner or later i am sure..

Hi PD
Glad you called the doc. Bummer you're still feeling crummy. If you're running a little temperature it may be enough to throw the body out of whack. Rest and fluids.

You'll have to let us know if the non Rx helps the fatigue. I'm taking Amantadine and it is a lifesaver. Except when I overdo. Then sleep, sleep and more sleep.

Keep us posted on the test results too.
