Same problem here, especially when tired. It's like my head is filled with bricks and my shoulders can't support it. Of course I'm hard-headed, but don't think that has too much to do with it, lol :)

But it's only fair to warn you, my balance is very poor and I have it near a tall piece of heavy furniture to hang on for dear life. It weighs about 20lbs and can be stowed/moved pretty easily.

I had to sit up straighter in my chair after reading this thread. :D I too have noticed a slump has invaded my world.

It does take constant attention (like that's possible) but I definitely feel better when I have my shoulders back. It lessens the tension in my neck too.
