Question Denial ???

You know what is funny. Ever since my MS was confirmed, I never felt like I have MS. The only problem I have is with my knees being stiff and my orthopedic doctor said that the cartliage is wearing out in both of my knees. I have to see him on May 19th to see what he is going to do for that problem. I don't know if I am in denial or what it could be.

When I had my brain MRI, the neurologist said that it showed two lesions, perhaps they caught it early. Sure hope so. Even the lab report said that the CSF showed faint oligoclonal bands but the the CSF InG was markedly elevated. I think it was 2.7. Still trying to find out all I can about MS, what I should eat, do etc. I have read about what people with MS should and should not eat. Does anyone know and are doing? My sister told me I should start by not drinking diet sodas but seeing that other sodas have 180 calories, I do not want to drink them. What do you all think?
