Default Holy cow...this could be good news for an old friend

I was just reading in my local news that 3 doctors here in Omaha may have just cured Glaucoma. (or at the very least, figured out what causes it)

News story

One of our old neighbors has glaucoma. This could be very good news for her if it's true! I really hope this is true.

I have a genetic birth defect that could possibly cause glaucoma (so far, my eye doctor says no sign of glaucoma...optic neuritis on the other hand is raging) So, just in case I end up with glaucoma there might be a decent treatment for it then. (if the ON doesnt burn out my eyes first)

Now if we could just get a bunch of doctors to finally figure out a cure for MS...that would be better news. Hope someone figures that one out soon.
