When my right leg (and foot) were numb for the past few weeks, (foot more than the leg) it felt like my leg was lighter than usual. Kind of floaty feeling.
As the numbness has started to go away (first from the leg, and now finally the foot is waking up) I've started to get weird pains in my right foot. From about the ball of the foot, and it goes back towards my ankle. I really did not like that numbness, and am glad that it's starting to go away now, even if it's not gone completely, it's better than what it was. I just do not like the weird pain in my foot now. Altho, I'd prefer to be in pain rather than be numb. At least pain means that I can feel.

Brandon - I'm not quite sure what you mean by "woozy." My left leg is my numb bum leg. LOL. It is the one that I have the most trouble with including spasms, numbness, tingling, odd sensations, etc. Is this what you meant by woozy?

Its not uncommon for my left leg quadrocept to get a stabbing pain right in front of the thigh. My legs can get weak and sometimes feel as though they are going to give out at any moment....but they don't. They can be fine one day and act like they are drunk the next.
