Default Good news from the ortho

Just got back from the 2nd orthopedist visit regarding my ankles, achilles, and torn ligament. I've graduated!! He said no need to come back - it appears that the PT I'm doing is working well. I'll continue PT for another month and then I'll have to do a strengthening/weight program for the rest of my life or my weak ankles will recur, but I'm ok with that. I'll probably end up as an ankle model or something because they'll be so buff...
