If you've got a cold, is it possible that you have a fever?

Fevers can trigger psuedo exacerbations. If I were you, I'd call the neuro and I'd probably also call a regular doctor. The neuro can tell you if you're having a real exacerbation or a psuedo...and the regular doctor can check you out and can prescribe something for the cold and can tell you what to take if you possibly have a fever.
