Thanks everyone! I did go back to bed....slept almost 4 more hours! LOL I have to give kudos to dh for not being upset when he came home to find I hadn't done anything but sleep all day!

I now feel like I've gotten the rest I need and am cheering the Astros on!

Y'all are the greatest!

That's great - you go sleep and your dh wasn't upset! Oh and you get to cheer on the Astros to boot!

You are probably right, for whatever reason, your bod is telling you to rest. I hope it doesn't last too long, it's maddening!

Same for me suz! Maybe it is the heat. I am home today because I couldn't handle it anymore. On Monday I slept for 1/2 hour at work! The heat kills me and the MS.

I hope you get some rest!:(

Hi suzyq:

Days like that are not fair, it seems as if we are sleeping our lives away.

School is out in a few weeks and I don't know how I am going to keep my feet under me either. Sometimes I can push through, sometimes I can't.

Guess you have to let your body run things for a while. Hope you feel perkier soon!

Thanks everybody! :grouphug: I am feeling better today. I can't believe I slept almost 23 hours from Monday night until yesterday!

Suzy - That's great that you are feeling better today. Do you feel rested and more energized? If so that is a good sign as it means that you only needed sleep and rest and that there is nothing underlying going on. For that I am very happy for you.

I do feel like I'm more rested, not dragging around like I was.
It's been so long since I've felt "normal" I just go by feeling better. I'm thinking I just needed to rest my body (and mind).

I was going to start a new thread about the fatigue attacking me, but this thread addresses how I feel.
I began working out again on Monday after many weeks of working out in the yard to get it ready for my son's wedding. I worked out for 3 days, and also ran my in laws around. The heat has been getting to me more and more as the heat and humidity have climbed. I've been lying around every afternoon, napping. My energy level has been really low.
Well, today was the worst. I got home from taking my in laws shopping, and was so tired I lay down for a short nap. In the late afternoon I took the dog for a walk. It is in the 90s. My right leg began dragging more than usual. I felt as if I wasn't going to make it home...and we only went for a half mile walk!

When we got home, I laid down again, and haven't felt right at all. My back is spasming off and on all week, even as my legs have calmed down a bit.

I really don't know how to deal with this any more. It scares me. Added to that is the crabbiness/weepiness, and I'm so tired of not getting anything done.

Whaaa...:Sob:

 Me too! I hate when I start something and can't finish, or even worse want to start something and don't have the energy to! Hope you can get some good refreshing sleep and feel better soon. Don't try to do to much and certainly be careful in this heat!
