Snoodles, I'm sorry you're having so much pain. I do think it's related to MS or whatever it is that we have.
I know how painful those muscle spasms can be. I've been having them in my legs for years, and in the last few months, the spasms have started in my neck, left arms and shoulder, and the left side of my rib cage (all the way around to the back.) I wake up in agony most mornings! Baclofen is the only thing that helps, and it's not doing as much as it used to anymore. I've increased my dosage by 20 mg in the past two months, but it barely keeps the pain under control. I've even had to take hydrocodone at times when I absolutely can't stand it anymore. (I hate taking hydrocodone as it makes me very nauseous, so the pain has to be really bad for me to make that choice.) I hope you get some relief soon. By the way, I have my yearly appointment with our doctor on June 24. I'm not expecting much from it, but I'd rather see her than the NP!

Hugs, . I just doubled the value of my SUV! I filled the tank up with gasoline. . (That used to be an insult to the vehicle. Now it's a sad commentary on the price of gasoline!) |
