And on the lighter side.....when Av8r says she is peeing in the wind, she really can pee in the wind although I am sure there are some kind of rules about hanging ones butt out of the pilots window seat!!

Of course there are. There are always rules involved! Do you think us pilots are an unruly bunch??

Not to hijack this thread, but there is a story about this one aerobatic contest that a bunch of bored pilots decided to have to fun at...the weather was too bad for the contest but not bad enough to have some fun flying low level passes. Since we, oops, they, were the only ones at the local airport in podunk east Texas, the contest was who could do the best fly by with their passenger mooning the crowd! Of course, the aircraft involved must have windows that open. Guess who got to be the PILOT, not the mooner! It was fun! And we were all completely sober!

So there are rules to "hanging ones butt out the pilots window seat!"

Back to our regularly scheduled thread...sorry Pete! I hope you at least got a laugh out of this!!

I went to a new spine doctor a few months ago. He refuses to give pain meds. He said he has a bad back, has had surgery and all the metal in his back, and 'He dosn't need meds', therefore, no one else should have them either

I grudgeingly paid my $100 bill and never looked back.

That said: I still have my pain mgmt clinic....but like Pjames, I get the runaround. They tell me it's not as bad as I think. Yeah? Try living in my body. Fortunatly I'm having a good week so I can't complain too much right now.

Now see I would REALLLLY be in trouble cause my butt would prolly get stuck in the window....and since we have hijacked pete's thread and are talking about windows......I got my boobs stuck in a window once at a 500 dollar a night hotel while in nursing school the window would only open a little and I squeezed thru it...my instructor had to come grease me out!!

Back to Pete.......I hope you are feeling better today!

I hear you .....

I don't get any pain meds other than the arthotech. It's like Aleve max strength or something. The patch is the same med.

And a couple days ago I started breaking out where I put my patch. Great. Now I can't use that, so what do I do?

Hopefully the pain doc will have some idea of what to try next.

How can one get their boob stuck in a window?
