Default Ice Cube Headache

This is a rarity for me...But I did occur today....I was able to free myself from it with the Butalbital....It was The same sensation you get while you eat ice cream to fast.....But this was on the top of my skull to the right side...

Has this type of headache occurred in any one else.....

My other half talked to the Doc today....He wants to see me on Wednesday..Next Wednesday..Tasha did tell him I quit the Dr's so he is leaving it up to me whether or not I keep the appointment...

I think its nice that they let me believe I have leverage.....How sweet

Anyhoo...Is that headache normal.......Or if I give in and go should I add that to my sx' log?
