Sally I feel bad i didnt see this thread, I am sorry you are feeling like you do, you know if I had magical words I would share them with you:hug: as it is i misplaced them, I do have kind words of friendship and encouragment, to try and hang in there wont be long fall will be back

i have a hard time with the sleep carp, i know i need to get stuff done, and deb says dont worry rest, I dont want to rest i want to be able to get stuff done, worse part about it sleep is the best thing that or take an extra narcotic aka speeder and counteract it, either way the sleep will eventually catch up to me.

I do hope you get to feeling better soon, again sorry for my delay in posting

Thanks, Judy and Frank and All..:) ..Bahhhhhh, I guess don't have a Sinus infection or a UTI or any of those good things I can blame, 'cause I have no fever..

So, I guess I'm back to blaming the weather....Let's see, it stormed like heck this morning and now the sun is out and it's delightful. More storms coming tonight, though. Sooooooooooo, I feel good, yes I do, no I don't, yes I do, no I don't, yes I do, no I don't.....EEK!!!

We need a special place with a special climate for us MSers..;)

Hey Sal Pal~ Is that a pic of your poochie in your siggy line?? Pom??? We had a black Pom and he was just the sweetest thing. Glad to hear back from you. Hang in there and enjoy the cooler days when they come. It was nice here today, but 90's for the rest of the week.

Thinking of ya and sending hugs.

I spent so much time complaining about the cold, I'm determined to hold off complaining about the heat for as long as possible..
Have to admit, though, I'm starting to feel a bit "vampirish", if that's even a word..Out at night only (or in air conditioning)..Hey, did you know Elvira and I graduated from the same high school? Maybe I could get some tips..
Anyway, I hope you're feeling much better soon, Sally!

So sorry you are all struggling so... and in summer too.

Junie, love your name as my deceased mothers name is June. But...I just think its terrible Junie that no one was watching those little ones. What did they destroy?

I leave tomorrow, to a getaway on Lake MIchigan before I start my NEW job next Tuesday. A few days.. with just me, the water and relaxation. Wish I could invite you to be with me.. I would not bother you.
Hope things improve and soon.

Gratefully, Jan

Sally, I'm sorry you are feeling so crummy these days. Back and forth and back and forth can get very tiresome. It's been almost a 100 degrees here every day and it just sucks the life out of you. I'm a big fan of gruyere cheese melted on toasted bread.

Polar, I understand the vampire thing! I feel like I am trapped in the house all day -- but then at night when it cools down some I can leave and/or my energy level picks up. I am feeling best between 9 pm and 2 or 3 am. Struggling with awful insomnia but drowsy and drained during the day.

I guess I just needed to whine. Anybody want to join me? Bring Cheese, please...I like Sharp.:D

Okay - got some really sharp wisconsin cheddar (I'm from Minnesota but they're close :)) and it goes well with WHINE or WINE so... all good.

Our weather is crummy, either 'hot and windy' or 'stormy and windy' so I feel kind of yucky, too. (and I'm afraid a tree will fall on my house).

Sorry you're feeling not so good. :-/

SallyC 07-15-2008 12:52 PM

Hi Ya Becca..:Wave-Hello:. You have sure had your share of yucky weather in Minn..

I'll be OK. This heat makes me Ill and just wears me out..:thud:

I'm 68 yrs old, but, in my head, I'm still that sexy 40 yr old, ready to go out on the town and whip a tiger..:D Growing old, ungracefully, with MS, is not the way I dreamed it.

Actually, most of the time, I'm quite content with my hermit lifestyle and I have great memories of a great life.:) My DD and Family are close and take good care of me.

Thanks for thinking of me and caring.....and right back atcha..
