Unhappy Tight hug in back...grrr

Man, I've had a tightening in my back on the left side, around 6th-9th ribs, that's making it difficult to get a deep breath when it's occuring. It's off and on, but when it's on, I feel as if I have a tennis ball back there.

Besides that, I've been purposely making my right foot walk "normally"; ie not dragging, and now the outside of it hurts like heck...actually makes me think of taking a pain pill it hurts so much.

I feel like a mass of problems this week.
