Glad to see you posting again, Friend. I'm sorry you had to be in the hospital - that's no place to be when you need rest!!

I hope you feel better each day and are back to whatever "normal" is for us real soon!

i've been thru PT several times but honestly i havn't had a flare, just slow decrease in my mobility.

the PT does help. i agree with the others. it's a combination of doing exercises, PT and rest. you still have to listen to your body and try to balance it all.

i'll say some prayers that you get stronger over time and get back as much as possible.
