YIKES~ Sorry that your'e feeling so yucky, Yabbit; but have you thought about talking w/your Neuro? I have noticed my legs spazzing and cramping more lately and I'm going crazy w/an itching on my palms and the bottom of my feet. It's aggravating the He77 out of me.

I just figure it's the weather changes/stress w/me. Hope you can get some help w/this.

Feel better my lil friend.

Jim had that Char and it was painful to him. He was prescribed Gabapentin and it worked well. Let us know what the doc says.

I don't know what's going on this summer but Jim is miserable with spasms, tightness and pain. Ugh

I'm not sure how you'd describe a spasm, but how about the leg suddenly goes stiff, then shoots off in all directions and there's nothing you can do to stop it. If there's pain involved, just say so.

The prickle feeling can be described like you've squatted down and tucked your feet under you, and when you get up you have painful pins and needles in your foot or feet.

I don't know if that helps, but sending you hugs.....

Yuckers ! Feel better soon yeahbut. I believe Sandy's right with her Gabapentin suggestion if you have not gone that route.

Sorry to hear you're not feeling well. I've had the pain you are describing (at least I think so).

Isn't it frustrating trying to describe pain and you just can't get it right?

Hope you figure it out and get some help! (If not, I'm a firm believer in medicating!
