Thanks B2Y.....now I'm gonna have that song in my head for the rest of the day!!! But on a positive note it is a better song than "The Wheels of the Bus Go Round and Round"!!!

This thread makes me think of the movie Young Frankenstein and the "abby-normal" scene!! :D

Hope you have a good day today!

When I was in my other life, working with kids with emotional and usually a variety of neurological problems, I used to seethe quietly inside at the "normal" people's reactions and understanding and ability to deal with differences.
You could feel the fear in some of "dealing" with the situation without a buffer. When my Dad was bedridden with Sciatica, my "really nice" siblings couldn't deal with certain realities like bedpans, etc. You just don't talk about those things. Me, I'm a realist and knew Dad was "Too nice" to ask. To his relief I made him use it. With MS, I've had to rely on DH for things not really spoken about except very generally (in sickness and in health - who really expects to be called up on that one?) in marriage vows.

And I want to be like the other Moms for my children.
