Yes, Sally I am very happy to say that yesterday was one of
my great days. I was walking with the assistance of my cane.

But today I am paying for it. I am going to keep on trying to do
my best when I feel better. I went through a rough time months ago and
thank God I have gotten myself on the upward climb again.

It makes me feel better hearing about others doing the crazy
things that we do. I had a good laugh last night when I thought more
about it, saying at least I might have given someone something to laugh
about for the day.

How about this one? Tuesday I made dinner for 3 people instead of 4! At least 5 days a week I cook dinner for 4 people. On the other 2 days, my DH cooks for 5 people, so where did I come up with 3??

I made 3 hamburgers, told DS to get out 3 plates and then looked at all 4 of us and realized that it wasn't making sense. Luckily, one DS said he didn't want a burger anyway and opted to have microwaved hot dogs.

I wanted to sit down and cry. That was kind of scary mental confusion.

The most embarassing scenerio is when you come home after a date...your Mom is waiting up....and your sweater is on, inside out.

Yes, I have worn two different pairs of shoes to work, more than once. But worse than that, I was at the mall and looked down and still had my slippers on!

WOW!! it is something all the crazy things that all of us have
done sometime in our lives.

Hope to hear more stories. Also I am sure because a lot of these
things have happened at different times in our lives, so we can't just
blame the MS for all of it.

It just goes to show how our lives are filled with so much that our
brain cannot keep up with it.

Now that we have this awful disease it only makes the brain short
circut worse.

Oh Jappy, that's nothing, don't worry for a minute.

I've gone the entire day with my shirt and also sweaters on backward.

I've nearly left the house without my glasses, or in my slippers (old, worn, pink scuffs.)

That sounds totally logical to me Holly. I've been known to stick a cake in the oven, only to realize I forgot the eggs. So I beat some up, carefully stirred them in and back in it went!

It's amazing to me how I can mess up a meal lately. The biggest worry for me is that people might not eat and then I'll have to throw it all out. (We can't waste food now, can we?)

LMAO!!!! Oh wow, I'm glad that never happened to me, despite some of the embarrassing things that did.

Sounds like Sal is talking from experience.

Don't worry Jappy; My Gram spent the whole day at our house once and no one even noticed that she had two diff shoes on. When she got home, she called me and we laughed so hard. Now, if you'd have had them on the "wrong" feet??? Then, I might be worried about ya.
