Has anyone experienced the up and down vertigo, versus the room spinning vertigo?
I never had the room spin (except at the fair when I was younger). When I had 2 bouts last summer, it was up and down motion. Like, I'd be looking at the phone book on my coffee table and it would raise up, and then when I blinked it would be back down again and begin to rise again. Words were a complete blur. No hope in heck of reading, and my depth perception was completely whacked out. I was tripping over my own feet.
