Recording the interview is a REALLY good idea, but I don't have any way of doing it. I'm going frantically take notes, even resorting to my rusty old shorthand.

Good luck and know that you have our support here...
I wonder if it's not a good idea to make sure your neuro's report matches what you tell him...example: you're the opposite gender, for goodness' sake!

It never hurts to call and make sure the records match what you're going in for...no need to burn bridges, just make sure the records are straight.
