Good luck B2Y. I know you've been hanging in for a long time, working till the last possible moment.
My doc and neuro didn't offer a lot of details on my assessement documentation, so what I did was carefully consider each that was mentioned, and expand on that with examples. For instance, they both wrote "fatigue" as a debilitating symptom. I proceeded to define that by saying: - sleep from 10 pm until 6 am - nap for 2 - 3 hrs, anywhere from 11 am to 6 pm - sometimes nap again, for 1 - 2 hrs - insomnia lasting for one week to one month - sleep 20 out of 24 hrs several times a year - etc. What they really need to know how these symptoms affect you, and your ability to remain gainfully employed.
